High season (yellow): 648 €/week
Medium season (green): 538 €/week
Low season (blue): 428 €/week
Deposit: 25 % of the total amount of the hiring when reserving. The payment of the total amount is to be carried out 1 month before the beginning of the period of hiring. Consumption out of telephone, electricity and water are raised at the end of the hiring and are deduced from the deposit which is refunded approximately 1 month after the end of the period of hiring. The versed deposit is not refundable, even in the event of cancellation of the reservation.
If you rent several weeks, a reduction is granted to you: 10 % on the second week, 20 % on the third and the following ones.
